We currently collect and process the following information:

·      All of our work is via Local Authority / Local Home Improvement Agencies (HIA’s) and appointment is via successful DFG (disability facility grant) applications made to them.

·      Occasionally we will undertake non-DFG funded works, however this work must always meet DFG criteria. Where this is the case these contacts and any information will be provided by the Local Authority / HIA or very occasionally through an Occupational Therapist providing our company details to potential clients to contact us directly. In which case information only provided by the prospective client will be provided and held.

·      In all cases, no information of health characteristics are ever provided, sought or held by our company/
